Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you significantly contribute to the success of sofatutor’s Early Learning Product. In a cross-functional team, you will work on developing and improving a highly interactive tool that promotes intrinsic motivation of children through game activities and enables independent operation.

These are your responsibilities in detail:

  • Responsibility for developing our Early Learning product further, with a clear view of the creation and optimization of both user value and business perspective

  • Close working cooperation with a cross-functional team of Developers, Designers, and User Researchers in an agile Scrum setup

  • Management of stakeholder relationships

Your Profile

Your strengths include both creativity and a powerful team spirit. You want to actively work on the success of our innovative learning tools. Ideally, you are familiar with the target group of children and have already developed interactive products or games for young users. Here's what you need to bring for a successful start at sofatutor:

  • Experience in the EdTech industry or young children's media as well as with high-engagement apps or gamification

  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery

  • 2+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager, Product Designer or User Researcher

  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written form

  • Proven ability to engage with Engineers, Designers, User Researchers and Company Leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship

  • English skills on a professional level

Do you see yourself in these points and are you interested in helping to shape the future of digital learning? Then we look forward to receiving your application – even if you may not (yet) be able to meet all the requirements.
