About the job
As Product Manager (gn) you will be responsible for our new Early Learning Product and will be directly involved in the exciting process of developing innovative learning offers for sofatutor’s youngest learners within our agile scrum setup.
Note: Our application process is currently completely location-independent. You don't live in Berlin? No problem, because you can work remotely within Germany and also in many other countries. Please apply stating your salary requirements and earliest possible start date.

Your Mission
As a Product Manager, you significantly contribute to the success of sofatutor’s Early Learning Product. In a cross-functional team, you will work on developing and improving a highly interactive tool that promotes intrinsic motivation of children through game activities and enables independent operation.

Responsibility for developing our Early Learning product further, with a clear view of the creation and optimization of both user value and business perspective
Close working cooperation with a cross-functional team of Developers, Designers, and User Researchers in an agile Scrum setup
Management of stakeholder relationships
Your Profile
Your strengths include both creativity and a powerful team spirit. You want to actively work on the success of our innovative learning tools. Ideally, you are familiar with the target group of children and have already developed interactive products or games for young users. Here's what you need to bring for a successful start at sofatutor:
Experience in the EdTech industry or young children's media as well as with high-engagement apps or gamification
Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
2+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager, Product Designer or User Researcher
Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written form
Proven ability to engage with Engineers, Designers, User Researchers and Company Leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
English skills on a professional level
