As Team Lead Performance Marketing, you will lead our Paid and Organic Growth Team and take full ownership of all relevant Marketing Channels, including budget responsibility and sales performance.

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for all Paid and Organic Growth activities of sofatutor, both strategically and operationally

• Leadership and Development of the Paid and Organic Growth team with 5 direct reports

• Full ownership of all relevant Marketing Channels, including budget responsibility and sales performance, with significant freedom to experiment and optimize how our budgets are used

• Implementation of growth initiatives to increase new customer sales

Your Profile:

• Over 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, including in a leadership role

• A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills

• Proven track record of budget ownership (management, forecasting, tracking, accountability)

• Ideally, hands-on experience in SEO, strong knowledge of tracking technologies, and marketing B2C subscription services

• Fluency in English skills, German skills are a strong plus

• Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
