As Customer Support Agent (gn) at sofatutor, you are an important part of our support team and help our users by phone and email with all questions regarding our learning platform. You ensure smooth processes and contribute to our customers getting the most out of their learning experience.
📍 Hybrid (2-3 days in our Berlin office) | ⏳ 30–40 hours/week

Your Mission
As part of our Customer Support Team, you support our customers competently and empathetically with all concerns. Your tasks include:
Responding to incoming inquiries via email and phone
Assisting with questions about our products, subscriptions, or promotions
Assisting with navigation on our website
Maintaining and updating customer data as well as other administrative tasks
